Active Adults—Excellent class for those of any age willing and able!  Using a set of two pound weights (or more) and a chair this class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and even strengthen those with arthritic conditions.  Senior Fitness can be modified to accommodate all senior age groups, fitness levels, and also the physically challenged.

Boot Camp— Bored easily?  Want a bigger and better challenge? Boot camp may be for you!  This class will always be a different combination of cardio, strength, and balance geared toward the more physically advanced.  Workouts are also tailored toward a military style.

Cardio Sculpt – A class of resistance training with a bit of cardio to keep your heart rate up!  You choose the resistance that you want to use.  We will make it fun with all kinds of equipment – bands, balls, body bars, and more!  Core training is also included. 

Dancercize—This fun and exciting fitness program includes line dancing, salsa and non-impact aerobics combined with abdominal and flexibility exercises. Great for the beginner to intermediate fitness levels.

Evening Circuit- This workout will build muscle and stregthen your core.  Equipment used will include kettle bells, BOSUs, dumbells, rubber resistance, stability balls, medicine balls, and much more.

Fitness In The Workplace (F.I.T.W.) – Are you too busy to get away from the office?  We’re bringing our services to the employees!  This is an excellent program for those desiring to exercise at work, just beginning a workout or who have not been able to make it to our classes at the Fitness Center.

Functional Fitness- This class combines TRX, Kettlebells, kickboxing, rowing machines, climbing ladders, and high intensity cardio training. Like any of the classes, exercises can be modified for the beginner.

Karate—Class is held for 90 minutes and combines modern methods of martial arts training to include physical conditioning, agility drills, and self defense techniques.

Kettle Bell—In kettle bell training you target every aspect of fitness using functional movements. When training with kettle bells you will gain tighter legs, glutes, back, arms, and abdominals. It is the ultimate core workout, while also developing your cardiovascular conditioning, power, stability, flexibility, balance, and agility. Training sessions last for an intense 30 minutes.

Kickboxing—Class format uses the movement of boxing, punching, kicking and choreographed exercises using punching bags and various equipment. This class is at a high intensity level, but can be modified for the beginner.

“Last Chance” Series- These classes are geared towards our Biggest Loser contestants, but all are welcome! Spinning is our indoor cycling class and the other two classes consist of a total body workout.

LIFT— Is a weight lifting class designed to strengthen the major muscle groups of the body. Exercises like squats for the thighs, curls for biceps and upright rows for shoulders and back are utilized in sessions to tone these targeted muscle areas. The class is performed at an energetic pace accompanied by an upbeat sound.

Morning Circuit—One hour interval training class for those of any age willing and able!  This will be a great way to burn fat and boost your metabolism.  Each interval is for forty to ninety seconds and consists of cardiovascular activities, upper body, and lower body exercises.  The class is taught at three levels so whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advance—this class is for you!

Pilates— The ultimate mind body exercise for all fitness levels.  The techniques focus on strengthening the core muscles, realigning the body, and increasing flexibility all while combining the key elements of yoga and stress reduction.  This class also uses mat principles.

Power Base—A GREAT way to get your weight lifting program finished quickly in a group fitness format! Utilizing an instructor-lead class environment, this class touches on all major muscle groups to give you what you want when you need it! These classes are challenging and Muscle-Specific exercises that will assist you in enjoying a well-rounded healthy lifestyle!

Spinning – Looking for a new cardio challenge? If so try our spinning class. You can go at your own pace or you can be challenged by our excellent instructors. You will climb hills; do sprints and jumps all in one class. Because you can adjust the tension on the bike yourself, this cardio workout is best suited for ANYONE and EVERYONE!

TRX – Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body conditioning program. We set the time, you set the intensity. All Core All The Time!

WOW - Women on Weights (WOW) – Have you always wanted to lift weights but felt intimidated to go into the weight room by yourself?  This class will teach you the basics of weight training and how to transform your body. The class incorporates food journals, recipes and weekly weigh-ins help to keep you motivated.  This is a one of a kind class for women only.

Yoga Ball – Get a great core workout with this combination Yoga/Pilates class on a fitness ball.  Balance, stretching and strength will all be used in this great class. For all fitness levels.

Zumba – This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will get you moving. Zumba participants achieve long term health benefits while experiencing a total body energizing workout.
