Choose One: Brats, Grilled Chicken, Burgers or Vegi Burgers*
All Meals Include: Sides, Dessert, and a Drink

*Vegi Burgers must be requested at ticket purchase

1pm – 2pm for pre-sale ticket holders
2pm – 4pm is open to all ticket holders(food options are subject to availability after 2pm)

When is the End of Summer Picnic?
The End of Summer Picnic is Saturday, August 27th from 11am – 4pm. Lunch is served from 1pm -4pm*

Where to buy my tickets?
Pre-Sale Tickets are available in ITR (Building 20 lobby) and the Fitness Center (Building 27) during normal business hours and Building 11, 20, & 21 during lunch every WEDNESDAY in August.
On-Site Tickets are available for purchase at Bishop Park (formally Orton-Davis Park) the day of the event and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

How much are tickets?
Pre-Sale Tickets are $3 per person.
On-Site Tickets are $5 per person.

Is there a ticket limit?
Yes, tickets are limited to 6 tickets per vaild ID card. Tickets are available to the first 400 customers.

Who is eligible to come?
The End of Summer Picnic is open to all associates working on the DSCC installation and their immediate family members.

What activites will be available?
Advance registration required for the following events:
Cornhole Tournament from 11:30 – 12:30
Summer Fun Triathlon from 2:30 – 3:30
There will be pick-up games of kickball, volleyball and football throughout the event. Pick-up games of cornhole will be available after 1pm.

Who is eligible to participate in the events?

Where is Bishop Park and how do I get there?
Bishop Park (also known as Orton-Davis Park) is located in Whitehall, Ohio on Etna Road between S Hamilton Road and Country Club Road.   

Directions from 270
Take the Main St. Whitehall exit and continue on to Country Club Road. Turn Right onto Country club and proceed approximately .5 miles to Etna Road. Turn Left on Etna road travel 50 yards you are in the park.

Directions from South Hamilton Rd.
Take Hamilton Rd. North past Main St to Etna Road. Turn right, continue on past Kae Avenue Elementary school and enter the park.

Directions from North Hamilton Rd.
Take Hamilton Rd. South past Broad St to Etna Road. Turn Left, continue on past Kae Avenue Elementary school and enter the park.

Main parking lot is full, where do I park?
Additional parking is available on the opposite side of the park off of Langley Ave.
