BALANCE

We are celebrating body/mind balance at our May 16 CDC Story Walk, featuring a brisk walk around the Child Development Center infused with short reading breaks to promote literacy.

ACTIVITY

It’s always the right time to start getting active.  Give our MWR Stretch Class a try.  Join us on Monday, May 15 from 11:30am – 12:00pm in the Building 20 Cardinal Room for this free fitness class.  All fitness levels welcome!
