Fitness Center

  • 5K Program:  whether your training for a marathon or just looking to increase your activity level, we host 5K races throughout the year.  Safe & secure, no fees, all skill levels welcome!
  • Civilian Wellness & Fitness Program:  are you taking advantage of this incredible program that allows you 3 wellness hours per week?
  • De-stress Express:  take a moment out of your day to refocus and release stress from your body. Enjoy a complimentary 5-min chair massage.
  • Fit 4 U:  need to upgrade your workout?  Take advantange of our free personal training program that includes a fitness assessment, personalized training program and two training sessions.
  • Fitness Class Schedule: enjoy a variety of free group fitness classes throughout the day, including Spinning, Functional Fitness, Weight Lifting, Pilates, Yoga, dance fitness classes and much more!
  • Intramural Sports:  feed your love of competition and your desire to network with our Intramural Sports program, including Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Racquetball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Cornhole and much more!
  • Swimming:  enjoy lap swimming, open swim, water aerobics and swim instruction at our Aquatics Center!
  • Tele-Workouts:  if you workout independently or from home, you can still take advantage of our Fitness Center services through these online training tools!
  • Virtual Fitness: choose your own workout adventure…with our Virtual Fitness Program, located in Aerobic Room 2.  From Yoga to Kickboxing and everything in between, choose any pre-programmed workout and play it instantly for a great independent or group workout.
  • Winter Weight Loss Challenge ~ Max Meltdown:  every winter, check out our self-driven 12-week weight loss challenge.  Compete as an individual or as a team for a chance to win prizes, but most importantly, a guarenteed healthier you!  January registration; program runs February – May.
