Civilian Wellness & Fitness Program

DLA, to include DLA Land and Maritime, has authorized the DLA Civilian Wellness and Fitness Program, effective immediately. This is a voluntary program that allows participating associates to utilize 1 hour of administrative leave 3 times per week to enhance their well-being with wellness and fitness activities.

Working out on your own?  Here are some stats that might be of interest to you:

  • Walking the entire hallway of building 20 or 21 is approximately 700 feet
  • If you walk each floor plus stairs, it equates to 5255 feet, almost 1 mile!
