What is the DSCC Max Meltdown Contest?

We will give you tips on nutrition that will enable you to make better food choices. You will have free access to the best certified personal trainers in the area. We will offer you special fitness classes, activities and challenges to help you improve your cardiovascular, muscle strength and flexibility. We really want to help you reach your goals.
